During COVID we can only rely on DHL courier services to get orders swiftly to the USA + Canada.
You can also use our Royal Mail International delivery service. This takes longer particularly with reduced flights during COVID. See below.

All other courier orders are £28.50 - select USA courier at checkout.
International tracked mail is £20 -select international tracked at checkout
Courier delivery should take 3-4 working days depending where you are located. We can advise. Just email us.
International mail can take up to 10 - 15 working days at this time.

N.B. Any customs taxes and duties incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the recipient.
All our items are packaged in our signature gift boxes tied with a Lily Gardner ribbon. Your order will then be sent out within an outer corrugated box for extra protection.
We are happy to gift wrap your orders. Please contact us. The gift is wrapped in stylish plain coloured paper with a contrasting ribbon.
There is a £4.50 charge for this.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Ship your item back to us! If for any reason you wish to return your order, you have to first phone +44 20 30267441 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a returns form with your order – please enter the reason for your return and make sure your affix your address to the return as well as ours. If you are buying a size related item such as a bangle be aware that exchanging the item means you have to pay for return and exchange delivery. A non size related item may be a better option:)
We don’t offer free returns unless you’re returning a faulty item.
