UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

We deliver 6 days a week Monday to Saturday. If you do want your package delivered on a Saturday, you’ll have to select guaranteed Saturday delivery option at checkout. 

Please see all delivery options and prices below. 


You’ll need to order by 3pm for UK next-day delivery and Saturday delivery. Give us a call on +44 20 30267441 if you past the cut-off time and we’ll do out best to help you achieve next-day delivery. We do not do same day delivery nor deliver on a Sunday. If you want your order delivered on a Monday you need to order by 3pm on the Friday. 

Standard UK 2nd Class Recorded Delivery – 3-4 working days: £4.75

N.B. Royal Mail will only track missing items after 15 days so if you have a time-sensitive delivery (gift) our next-day delivery service is the most dependable – see below.

UK Next-Day Tracked Delivery – guaranteed by 1pm: £7.75

Guaranteed Royal Mail Special Delivery arrives the next day in the UK excluding the Isle of Man and the Outer Hebrides. Please contact us if you live in these areas as there will be additional charges.This option doesn’t include weekend delivery. For next-day Saturday delivery, see section below.

UK Next-Day Saturday Tracked Delivery 

Guaranteed by 1pm: £12.00 If ordered by Friday 3pm.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY




North America

USA/ Canada (3- 4 working days via DHL – excl. US taxes and duties). 

You can also select Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for at Checkout. This can take 1 -3 weeks depending on your location. 

Any customs taxes and duties incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the recipient. 

We do not offer free returns or exchanges outside the UK. You will be charged a standard Royal Mail charge. Contact us at customercare@lilygardner.com if you need more information on this. 

Other Countries

Please contact us and we will advise of courier charges. 

PACKAGING 


All our items are packaged in our signature gift boxes tied with a Lily Gardner ribbon. Your order will then be sent out within an outer corrugated box for extra protection. 

GIFT WRAPPING 

We are happy to gift wrap your orders. Please contact us. The gift is wrapped in stylish plain coloured paper with a contrasting ribbon. 

There is a £4.50 charge for this.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Ship your item back to us! If for any reason you wish to return your order, you have to first phone +44 20 30267441 or email us at customercare@lilygardner.com.

You will receive a returns form with your order – please enter the reason for your return and ensure you put your name as sender on the outside of the return. If you no longer have your returns form, please include your order number with the item you return. We have a 30 days return period. 


We don’t offer free returns unless you’re returning a faulty item. We will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service e.g. guaranteed next day, it only has to refund the basic cost.
