UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

Bank Holiday Weekend 25-27 May - Any items ordered after 2pm Friday 24 May will first be dispatched on Tuesday 28 May. If you order a next day delivery during this period you will receive your order on Wednesday 29 May. 


Next Day Delivery - This covers next working weekday deliveries in the UK only.  You must order by 2pm. £7.95. We use either Royal Mail or DPD courier.

If we receive an order after this time 2.pm our cut off time, it will be sent out on the next working day. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your item has been dispatched. Saturday is not classed as a working day. Please keep an eye on tracking updates. 

Saturday Guaranteed Delivery -  Order no later than 2pm on Friday for Saturday delivery.  £12.50. We use either Royal Mail or DPD courier. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your item has been dispatched.

Standard UK Recorded Delivery – 4-5 working days: £5.55

N.B. Royal Mail will only track missing items after 15 days so if you have a time-sensitive delivery (gift) our next-day delivery service is the most dependable – see below. 


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

North America

USA / Canada (3- 4 working days via DHL – excl. US taxes and duties). Price estimated at checkout depending on the weight of your order. 

You can also select Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for at Checkout. This can take approximately 5-10 working days  depending on your local services. Prices at check out depending on the size ( weight) of your order.

Any customs taxes and duties incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the recipient. 

We do not offer free returns or exchanges outside the UK. You are responsible for returning your items to us. However, contact us and we can give you a North American address for your returns.

PACKAGING 


All our items are packaged in our signature gift boxes tied with a Lily Gardner ribbon. Your order will then be sent out within an outer corrugated box for extra protection. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Ship your item back to us. If for any reason you wish to return your order, you have to first phone +44 20 30267441 or email us at customercare@lilygardner.com.

You will have received a returns form with your order – please enter the reason for your return and ensure you put your name as sender on the outside of the return. If you no longer have your returns form, please include your order number with the item your return and make sure you put your name on the outside of the package as the sender. You must return goods within 30 working days of purchase unless by prior arrangement with us. 

Contact customercare@lilygardner.com to discuss. If you are going on holiday etc we will take this into consideration. 

All goods must be returned in perfect condition. If you have purchased shirts these must be returned in clean condition, no marks, with original packaging. 


We don’t offer free returns unless you’re returning a faulty item. If the item is faulty we will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, not for enhanced service e.g. guaranteed next day. Please return to Lily Gardner Returns, 4 Valetta Rd, London W3 7TN
