UK Delivery Options
We deliver 6 days a week Monday to Saturday. If you do want your package delivered on a Saturday, you’ll have to select guaranteed Saturday delivery option at checkout. Please see all delivery options and prices below. You’ll need to order by 3pm for UK next-day delivery. Give us a call on +44 20 73528786 if you past the cut-off time and we’ll do out best to help you achieve next-day delivery.
Standard UK 2nd Class Recorded Delivery – 3-4 working days: £3.75
N.B. Royal Mail will only track missing items after 15 days so if you have a time-sensitive delivery (gift) our next-day delivery service is the most dependable – see below.
UK Next-Day Tracked Delivery – guaranteed by 1pm: £10.00
Delivery arrives the next day in the UK excluding the Isle of Man and the Outer Hebrides. Please contact us if you live in these areas as there will be additional charges.
This option doesn’t include weekend delivery. For next-day Saturday delivery, see section below.
UK Next-Day Saturday Tracked Delivery – guaranteed by 1pm: £12.00
If ordered by Friday 3pm.
International Delivery – US, AUS, NZ: £15 – £33
For customers outside the UK, we will notify you on the day of dispatch and will then provide an estimated delivery date along with any other relevant details.
If ordering from outside the UK and Europe, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
All our items are packaged in our signature gift boxes tied with a Lily Gardner ribbon. Your order will then be sent out within an outer corrugated box for extra protection.
We include an authentic background story card.
We are happy to gift wrap your orders. Please contact us. The gift is wrapped in stylish plain coloured paper with a contrasting ribbon.
There is a £4.50 charge for this.

You will receive a returns form with your order – please enter the reason for your return.
We don’t offer free returns unless you’re returning a faulty item. We will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service e.g. guaranteed next day, it only has to refund the basic cost.
If you are exchanging because you require another size or wish to select another item, you will be charged separately for postage on this exchanged item.
Please return your item with its original packaging and make sure you have proof of postage.
