Postage is free on orders over £100.

We are normally able to deliver all items ordered in the UK within 7 working days from receipt of order, subject to availability. If we are out of stock of any item, you will be notified within 48 hours by email.

For orders placed by our overseas customers, we will notify you on the day of dispatch and give you an approximate delivery date and any other relevant details. For orders to the US allow 14 working days.

Postage & packaging

All jewellery is packaged in black velvetine bags inside our  linen-look boxes, completed with black Lily Gardner ribbon. We include a background story card with each purchase, which we hope will enhance the enjoyment of the item, particularly if you buying it as a gift. 

All orders will be sent by first class post or registered post (depending upon the value of the item) or international registered post.
