Any jewellery ordered can be returned unworn within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All products must be unused and undamaged and in original boxes to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

For your own protection all jewellery must be returned by the same method it was sent to you. i.e. registered post.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 days of reciept of your returned product.

The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded. You must notify us immediately by email if you are unhappy with your purchase and detail any breakages.
